Detailed Itinerary
Day One: Bonjour! (Friday May 24th )
We'll kick off the tour at 12:00 noon. After a warm meet and greet we'll waste not time in getting oriented to the beauty of Paris with a cruise down the Seine River. A pass under the elegant bridges, an awe inspiring gaze at the Eiffel Tower, pay homage to Notre Dame Catedral. After, we'll slip into the local scene with a walk around the neighborhood and a trip to the local market.
We'll kick off the tour at 12:00 noon. After a warm meet and greet we'll waste not time in getting oriented to the beauty of Paris with a cruise down the Seine River. Day Two : Historic Walking tour, Tuileries Gardens & Louvre (Saturday, May 25th)
We'll plunge into Paris with a Historic Walk through it's main corridor. Discover how Kings and Queen's over centuries have created a city overflowing with beautiful gardens, fabulous architecture and world renowned art. We'll make stops at Notre Dame Cathedral, enjoy a guided tour of Sainte Chapelle and then make our way over to the Tuileries Gardens. You'll have the afternoon to explore dining options and the ambiance of the city. , Early evening we'll meet up for an evening visit to the Louvre museum . For your garden lover's pleasure, we'll direct you to some of the loveliest botanical paintings in the museum.

Along with a visit to some of the most beautiful churches in Paris, the Latin quarter is home to one of the most exquisite gardens in the world. Today we will visit both the churches and gardens of the lively Latin Quarter. The Luxembourg Gardens designed for Marie di Medici are a delightful combination of perfect hideaways and open spaces. To contrast the gardens we'll enter the churches of St. Etienne, St. Sulpice, and St. Severin each with their own unique character. You'll have the afternoon to discover the hidden gems of the Marais on your own....or there's always the option to do whatever you want!

Today we will take an intriguing visit to the often ignored kitchen garden of King Louis XIV called the Potager du Roi designed to satisfy his demand for fresh daily produce. After we'll actually enter the palace and enjoy a self-guided tour, and then enjoy a gander through the grounds which include fabulous formal French Gardens designed by Le Notre, Marie Antoinette's English gardens along with her chateau and more. Upon returning to the city you may want to do some exploring on your own, enjoy the cafe culture or join us for an evening visit to the Orsay Museum.

Today we will venture out of town to Monet's Gardens in Giverny to see the very gardens, water lily pond, and bridges that inspired much of his work. The evening will be yours relax and explore on your own.

Today those estates have been turned into museums, schools, libraries and government buildings. Many of them still have manicured courtyards and tucked away gardens that often go unnoticed from rushed tourists. Today is your chance to enter and enjoy! En route, we'll relax at Place des Vosges and pay a visit to the Carnavalet museum. The afternoon is yours to explore the Marais. In the late afternoon we'll meet up for a cooking class and culinary experience.
